    Here I will give you my unbiased review and experience with Quick Trim Extreme Burn, without any false promises and hype. I will also be delving into a better, safer alternative that anyone can use. More on that later…

    An Introduction To Quick Trim

    Endorsed by Kim and Khloe Kardashian, Quick Trim seems to be the most spoken about diet pill on the market. I too was impressed by their claims like:

    • Burn up to 8000 calories per month!
    • Lose weight 3 times faster than with diet and exercise alone.
    • Cleanse your body of unwanted toxins.

    Hey, with those claims, I was VERY curious to give it a go. But first I wanted to know more about how these pills actually work. After scouring the web, visiting various review sites, forums and blogs, this is what I learned about QuickTrim.

    How It Works:

    The QuickTrim weight loss formula is comprised of over 22 natural ingredients, like caffeine anhydrous, capsicum fruit extract, metabromine, and bioperine, blueberry, grape, raspberry, blackberry, acai, resveratrol, macqui berry, pomegranate, cherry, n-acetyl-tyrosine, ashwagandha, green tea leaf extract, banana leaf extract, gymnema sylvestre extract, sclariolide, raspberry ketones, white willow bark and cinnamon bark extract.

    Now what these pills are supposed to do is to slowly release the various nutrients into your body, which in turn is meant to:

    • boost your energy levels,
    • burn fat,
    • regulate your blood sugar levels, and
    • curb cravings

    And that’s basically how it works.

    Now with all that research out of the way, I was ready to buy my first month supply of Quick Trim. BUT…

    When I finally received it, I was in for a nasty surprise…

    After everything that was said, the Quick Trim diet never lived up to its reputation. In fact, it made me regret ever buying it at all. And here is why.

    My Problems With QuickTrim:

    First off, Quick Trim is not some special pill, where fat will miraculously melt off your body. NO! Without eating healthily and working out really hard, there is no chance of you losing weight quickly – unless of course you starve yourself. This is what I found out the hard way!

    Although Kim Kardashian claims to have lost over 20 something pounds within the first month, what she doesn’t say is that it took her a personal trainer and working out 2 TIMES A DAY to get her into that amazing shape. Now, I do not know about you, but I’m a full-time working mother, and I’m lucky if I have 30 minutes a day to myself – never-mind to work out!

    Secondly, I experienced some of the worst side-effects from these pills. From my very first day, I felt nauseous, light-headed, and on a constant buzz from all the caffeine in the pills. Yes, Quick Trim does give you the impression of having more energy, but it’s not real energy – it’s simply a caffeine high. If I wanted that I would have settled on a coffee diet!

    Although I was feeling the side-effects (which apparently many others have felt too), I gave the Kardashians the benefit of the doubt and decided to continue on with the program for the full month. And what a mistake that was! In the first 14 days I just kept telling myself that I was going through a detox and all those healthy ingredients were simply cleansing the toxins out of my body. But when the side-effects persisted, on day 24 I finally listened to my body and gave the Quick Trim pills the boot!

    In the end I did manage to lose about 4 pounds in those 24 days, but it was mostly because I hardly ate anything. You try eat when you feel nauseous! I barely managed to even keep water down.

    Anyway, although I did lose some faith in the weight loss industry, a close friend of mine recommended I try a safer alternative.

    The Safer Alternative To Quick Trim:

    She said that this weight loss solution would hopefully put an end to the diet pill industry for good. In fact, before it was made available to the public, for centuries the main idea behind this weight loss program had been used for a whole host of health benefits, such as weight loss and longevity.

    She further went on to say that there had been no reported side-effects from using it. I think what I liked most about this safer alternative is that it managed to fulfill all the benefits that Quick Trim failed to live up to. I felt more energetic, my family said I seemed much happier, and I was actually losing weight. These positive effects gave me the motivation to eat healthily, and exercise whenever I had a free moment.

    At the time of writing this, I have lost over 15 pounds and inches too! I feel much more upbeat about living a healthier life and look forward to how slim and trim I’ll be in the next few months. I think the best part about my weight loss journey is how much more attention my husband is giving me now. Not to mention the fact that all his friends are now telling their wives to try out the safer alternative to Quick Trim too :)

  • If you are deciding the try the Quick Trim Diet, then here are 5 tips that I used to maximize my weight loss efforts:

    Tip #1 – Stick To The Program!

    One of the most important things when trying any weight loss formula is to stick to the program ’til the very end. Unless of course you get bad side-effects, like I did, then it is best to stop. I have written a whole article on my Quick Trim experience.

    Tip #2 – Stay Hydrated

    Once you decide to go on the Kardashian Quick Trim Diet, you need to remember to stay hydrated. Drink lots of water throughout the day, and this will help your body flush out toxins and absorb the nutrients from the pills more effectively.

    A good rule of thumb is to drink about 1 ounce of water for every 2 pounds you weigh. So if you weigh 180 pounds you should drink about 90 ounces of water. Otherwise another way to find out your daily water requirements is to use this water calculator.

    Tip #3 – Eat Healthily

    Like any diet pill out there, Quick Trim Extreme Burn is not some magic pill that will melt away fat no matter what you eat. It works best when you have a healthy eating plan in place. If you are not sure what to eat, then it is best to speak to a nutritionist.

    Tip #4 – Regular Intense Exercise

    The key to losing weight quickly is to not just do any exercise, but INTENSE exercise, where you push yourself to the limit. For example, instead of doing a slow 30 minute cycle, try adding some short, fast sprints to that routine, where you cycle on a harder setting for say 30 seconds, then slow it back down for 3 minutes, then sprint again for another 3o seconds. Just keep repeating this until the 30 minutes is up. I promise you, you’ll feel the difference once you are finished! I not only got fitter quicker doing this, but the weight really started to drop off!

    Tip #5 – Find A Weight Loss Partner

    The best way to stick to the program and stay motivated in eating healthily and exercising regularly is to find someone to do the weight loss plan with. Get your close friend or partner involved. Tell each other your goals, write them down, and give each other a time limit by when you want to say lose 10 pounds by. By doing this, you will feel more compelled to not let your partner down, and also spur them on when they’re having a bad day. You do not have to make it a competition between you, but more of a support group for each other. But hey, sometimes a little competition never hurts :).

    And remember – set yourself small goals at regular intervals, and you will complete the Quick Trim Diet (or any weight loss plan) in no time. And you’ll both be ready to show off your new bodies by the time summer comes around. So good luck and get to it!
